摘  要:以阿魏酸为模板分子,邻苯二胺为功能单体,采用循环伏安法(CV)在用石墨烯修饰过的玻碳电极表面电聚合一层阿魏酸分子印迹膜,构建快速检测阿魏酸分子的电化学传感器,优化传感器制备的条件。用方波伏安法(SWV)、循环伏安法(CV)、交流阻抗法(EIS)对制备传感器的响应进行检测,用扫描电镜观察印迹膜的表面形貌。结果表明,印迹膜对阿魏酸具有特定的识别功能,在阿魏酸溶液浓度在1.0×10^(-10)~1.0×10^(-1)mol/L范围内浓度与SWV峰电流减少量成线性关系,线性方程为y=86.56-3.00 x(R^(2)=0.99625),可以用于对药物中阿魏酸的检测。Molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensors were synthesized on graphene modified glassy carbon electrode with ferulic acid(FA)as template molecule and O-phenylenediamine as functional monomers.The imprint membrane could be prepared by optimizing synthesis conditions and a quick method for the test ferulaic acid was constructed.The electrochemical behavior of the electrochemical sensor was studied in detail using square wave voltammetry(SWV),cyclic voltammetry(CV)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The surface of the imprint membrane was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The results indicated that imprint membrane had reorganization of ferulic acid.The sensor had a linear relationship between SWV peak current and logarithm of cinnamic acid concentration in the range from 1.0×10^(-10)to 1.0×10^(-1)mol/L and the linear equation was y=86.56-3.00 x(R^(2)=0.99625).The electrochemical sensor can be used to detect ferulaic acid in medicinal.
