补益药抗抑郁作用研究进展

摘　　要：抑郁症发病率逐年升高,现有的抗抑郁化药存在易产生药物依赖、可能伴发认知障碍等不良反应,使中药在抗抑郁方面的研究得到关注,尤其抗抑郁作用机制成为研究热点。本研究总结了酸枣仁、人参、甘草、巴戟天、红景天、五味子、白芍、黄芪、刺五加、百合、枸杞、杜仲、补骨脂、淫羊藿、当归、白术、黄精17味已证实具有抗抑郁功效的补益药,发现其主要通过调节单胺类神经递质及其受体表达,促进神经营养因子分泌,降低炎症因子水平,抑制氧化应激反应4种生物学路径而发挥抗抑郁作用,为从中药中发掘抗抑郁药物及其效应靶点提供参考。The incidence of depression is increasing year by year and existing antidepressant drugs are easy to produce drug dependence,which may cause cognitive impairment and other adverse reactions.This has led to an increased focus on the research of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the treatment of depression,particularly the investigation of its antidepressant mechanisms.This study summarized 17 kinds of tonic drugs which have been proved to have antidepressant effect,such as Suanzaoren,Renshen,Gancao,Bajitian,Hongjingtian,Wuweizi,Baishao,Huangqi,Ciwujia,Baihe,Gouqi,Duzhong,Buguzhi,Yinyanghuo,Danggui,Baizhu,and Huangjing,which have been proven to have antidepressant effects.It was found that these herbal medicines primarily exert their antidepressant effects through four biological pathways including regulating the expression of monoamine neurotransmitters and their receptors,promoting the secretion of neurotrophic factors,reducing the levels of inflammatory factors,and inhibiting oxidative stress reactions.This provides a reference for the exploration of antidepressant drugs and their target mechanisms in TCM.
