摘  要:针对成品油配送中出现不同程度紧急配送请求时的路径规划问题,文章建立了一种基于需求紧迫度的成品油配送路径规划模型,在考虑常规配送成本的基础上,针对违反时间窗约束的配送请求,根据需求紧迫度的不同,施加相应程度的追加惩罚,以实现对紧急程度较高的供油请求进行优先配送。为了验证模型效果,文章通过借鉴大规模邻域搜索算法中的破坏修复策略,将破坏修复操作引入遗传算法中,形成改进遗传算法,并应用该算法进行实验仿真。实验结果表明,文章所提出的模型及算法在应对出现不同紧迫度的成品油配送路径规划问题时能够取得良好的效果。Aiming at the path planning problem when there are different degrees of urgent delivery requests in refined oil distribution,this paper establishes a refined oil distribution path planning model based on the urgency of demand.For distribution requests,according to the different urgency of demand,additional penalties are imposed to achieve priority distribution of fuel supply requests with higher urgency.In order to verify the effect of the model,the article introduces the damage repair operation into the genetic algorithm by referring to the damage repair strategy in the large-scale neighborhood search algorithm to form an improved genetic algorithm,and uses the algorithm for experimental simulation.The experimental results show that the model and algorithm proposed in this paper can achieve good results in dealing with the problem of route planning for refined oil distribution with different urgency.
