摘　　要：数字化战略和供应链风险管理能力是当今学术界关注的重要研究议题。但现有文献对于制造企业如何通过数字化战略来提升供应链风险管理能力的研究相对匮乏。文章以220家制造企业为样本,检验了数字化战略与供应链风险管理能力之间的关系,并探讨了供应链协作的中介作用和组织惰性的调节作用。研究发现,数字化战略对提升供应链风险管理能力有显著正向影响;供应链协作在数字化战略与供应链风险管理能力之间发挥中介作用;组织惰性在数字化战略与供应链协作之间发挥负向调节作用。研究结果对企业在推进数字化战略以提升供应链风险管理方面具有一定的指导意义。The topics of digital strategy and supply chain risk management capabilities are important research subjects currently receiving increasing attention in the academia and industry.Nevertheless,the literature regarding how manufacturing firms improve their supply chain risk management capabilities through digital strategy is relatively scarce.This paper examines the relationship between digital strategy and supply chain risk management capabilities by using questionnaires collected from 220 manufacturing firms.This study also explores the mediating role of supply chain collaboration and the moderating role of organizational inertia.The results indicate that digital strategy significantly and positively improves supply chain risk management capabilities.Supply chain collaboration acts as a mediator in the relationship between digital strategy and supply chain risk management capabilities,whereas organizational inertia plays a negative moderating role in the relationship between digital strategy and supply chain collaboration.These research findings may provide enterprises with promising guidance in promoting supply chain risk management.
