摘　　要：根据物资称量过程中对汽车车上人员要求,分析比较车上人员检测技术的特点,针对现有现场无人远程集中称量中车上人员监控存在的不足,提出一种轨道式移动机器人,机器人配置伸展臂及人员探测传感器,伸展臂可伸入汽车驾驶室,实现对驾驶室内人员的检测。According to the requirements for personnel on the vehicle during the material weighing process,the characteristics of personnel detection technology on the vehicle are analyzed and compared.In view of the shortcomings of personnel monitoring in the existing on-site unmanned remote centralized weighing,a track-type mobile robot is proposed.The robot is equipped with extension arm and personnel detection sensor,and the extension arm can extend into the vehicle cab to realize the detection of personnel in the cab.
