摘  要:猫泛白细胞减少症病毒(FPV)对猫科动物危害较大,病毒VP2基因在决定其抗原性和宿主范围中起重要作用。为了解FPV的流行状况及其VP2基因遗传变异和进化方向,本研究对北京地区宠物医院疑似感染FPV的猫采样,共采集到16份粪便样品;对FPV VP2基因进行PCR扩增和测序,得到12条长度1755 bp的VP2序列;利用软件将获得的VP2基因序列与国内外报道的流行株进行同源性比对、遗传进化分析,结果显示,12条VP2序列均属于G1基因群,与参考株M38246相比亲缘关系较远。本研究为北京地区猫泛白细胞减少症的有效防控提供理论依据。Feline panleukopenia virus(FPV)is harmful to felines,and the VP2 gene of the virus plays an important role in determining its antigenicity and host range.In order to understand the epidemiological status of FPV and the genetic variation of the virus,and the evolutionary direction of the VP2 gene,16 fecal samples were collected from cats suspected of being infected with FPV in pet hospitals in Beijing.PCR amplification and sequencing of the FPV VP2 gene were performed to obtain 12 VP2 sequences of 1755 bp in length.The sequences of the obtained VP2 gene were compared with those of the prevalent strains reported at home and abroad using related software.The results showed that all the 12 VP2 sequences belonged to the G1 gene group and that they were more distantly related to the reference strain M38246.This study provided a theoretical basis for the effective prevention and control of panleukopenia in cats in the Beijing area.
