海南省基层农产品质量安全检验检测体系建设现状及对策研究

摘　　要：农产品质量安全检验检测体系在服务农产品监管、提升农产品质量、推动农业产业升级等方面发挥着重要的技术支撑作用。在新时期海南全面深化改革开放和全面建设自由贸易港的背景下,保障农产品质量安全的任务愈发重要而艰巨,全面加强海南基层农产品质量安全检验检测体系建设也愈发必要而迫切。本文以乐东黎族自治县为例,分析了海南基层农产品质量安全检验检测体系的现状和问题,并提出了加强海南基层农产品质量安全检验检测体系建设的对策。The agricultural product quality and safety inspection and testing system plays an important technical support role in serving agricultural product supervision,improving agricultural product quality,and promoting agricultural industry upgrading.In the context of comprehensively deepening reform and opening up and building a free trade port in Hainan in the new era,the task of ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products is becoming increasingly important and arduous.It is also increasingly necessary and urgent to comprehensively strengthen the construction of the grassroots agricultural product quality and safety inspection and testing system in Hainan.This article takes Ledong Li Autonomous County as an example to analyze the current situation and problems in the grassroots agricultural product quality and safety inspection and testing system in Hainan,and proposes countermeasures to strengthen the system construction.
