摘　　要：口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤存在着解剖结构复杂、生理功能重要的特点,治疗上存在着相当的难度及挑战,需要创新技术及多学科的合作进行攻关。在此背景下,由口腔颌面外科逐步衍生及发展出了口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤专业,一经提出便获得了国内多家单位的响应。在过去近20年间,其通过多学科合作、数字化技术、临床基础转化研究等创新性工作,取得了较大的进步,逐步在国际舞台上展现风采。随着专业影响力的提升,口腔颌面-头颈肿瘤专业将利用兼具肿瘤研究及修复重建的优势,逐步扩大自身的业务范围,如颈段食管、气管再造、颅内外沟通肿瘤等,并借助新一代数字化技术实现推广。Oral&maxillofacial-head&neck tumors have complex anatomical structures and important physiological functions.There are considerable difficulties and challenges in the treatment,and so innovative technologies and interdisciplinary cooperation are needed to tackle them.In this context,the field of oral&maxillofacial-head&neck tumors has gradually emerged and developed from oral and maxillofacial surgery.Once proposed,it has received response from multiple domestic units.Over the past 20 years,through innovative work such as interdisciplinary cooperation,digital technology,and clinical translational basic research,it has made significant progress and gradually demonstrated its charm on the international stage.With the increase of professional influence,the oral&maxillofacialhead&neck oncology profession will gradually expand its business scope by leveraging its advantages in both tumor research and repair reconstruction,such as neck esophageal reconstruction,tracheal reconstruction,intracranial and extracranial communication tumors,and promote it with the help of new generation of digital technologies.
