摘　　要：建院60年来,浙江省肿瘤医院积极践行“一切为了人民健康”的初心使命,从发展高度、人才厚度、科研深度、学科品牌亮度、民生温度、治理精度,多维度提升医院的统筹力、支撑力、创新力、影响力、防控力、保障力,高站位布局一院三区,着力打造“一高峰一标杆三高地”,在人才、医疗、科研、教学、管理和党的建设等各方面发生了全方位、多层次、系统性的转变,形成一系列具有鲜明辨识度、普遍示范效应的成功实践和成果经验。Over the past 60 years,Zhejiang Cancer Hospital has actively carried out the original mission of“All for the People’s Health”from the aspects of development height,talent abundance,scientific research depth,discipline brand reputation,people’s livelihood,and governance accuracy to multi-dimensionally improve the hospital’s co-ordination,support,innovation,influence,prevention and control,security,to comprehensively build one hospital with three branches,and to create“One peak,one benchmark,three highlands”.There have been all-round,multi-level,and systematic changes in the fields of talents resource,medical treatment,scientific research,teaching,hospital management,and party building,resulting in successful practice and abundant experience with clear characteristics and universal demonstration effect.
