摘　　要：浙江省肿瘤医院以浙江省委省政府打造“医学高峰”为契机,通过搭平台、做引流、强内培、稳根基等四步走模式,探索构建“引育留用管”全链条人才体系,推动人才“第一资源”向医院集聚,构建人才高地,增加医院人才厚度,科研立项突破,重大平台落地,社会声誉度提高等,持续赋能医院高质量发展,为医院转型为研究型肿瘤中心奠定基础。Zhejiang Cancer Hospital,taking constructing a medical peak in Zhejiang Province as an opportunity,explores to establish the whole-chain talents system through a four-step mode:providing a platform,making drainage,strengthening internal training,and building solid foundation.The purpose is to promote talents,the first resource,assemble in the hospital,constructing a talents highland,which increases the abundance of hospital talents,research project breakthrough,major platform foundation,social reputation,etc.Constructing a talents highland can drive a rapid hospital development,laying the foundation for transformation of cancer research center.
