摘　　要：医疗质量直接关系到人民群众的健康权益和对医疗服务的切身感受。持续改进质量、保障医疗安全,是推动医院高质量发展的重要内容和基础,也是医院发展的核心和根本。浙江省肿瘤医院自1963年成立以来,在不断完善管理体制、运行机制的同时,围绕抓好医疗质量管理、保障医疗安全、提高医疗服务能力、改善医疗服务流程、为患者提供优质的医疗服务等,全方位、多部门、跨层次联动推进,探索体制机制改革和创新,在提升质量管理与安全水平、群众就医获得感等方面取得显著成果。全文重点回顾了浙江省肿瘤医院临床学科发展和医疗质量与安全管理成果,分享全方位做好医疗与药事管理经验,为持续提升医疗质控水平,打造国内标杆、国际知名的肿瘤诊治中心,助力肿瘤“医学高峰”建设贡献更多力量。Medical quality is directly related to the health rights and interests of patients and also their personal feelings of medical services.Continuous improvement of quality and guarantee of medical safety are the foundation of the high-quality development of a hospital,as well as the core for the hospital development.Since the establishment of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital in 1963,the management system and operation mechanism of the hospital have been greatly improved to ensure the medical quality and medical safety,to upgrade medical service capability and medical service process,and to provide pa-tients with high-quality medical services.Through all-round,multi-department,cross-level linkage promotion,Zhejiang Cancer Hospital has explored institutional reform and in-novation,and achieved remarkable results in the quality management and safety level,and the public's access to medical service.This paper reviews the development of clinical discipline development and the achievements in medical quality and safety management in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital,aiming to share the experiences in all aspects of medical and pharmaceutical management.The goal of Zhejiang Cancer Hospital is to build a domestic benchmark and internationally renowned center for cancer diagnosis and treatment,and to contribute more to the cancer medicine in China.
