摘 要:目的探讨心理护理管理对改善新入职护士心理健康状况的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年12月莆田学院附属医院新入职的94名护士作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分对照组和观察组,各47名。对照组按常规进行岗前培训,观察组在常规培训的基础上再融入心理护理管理。比较两组护士心理状况、主观评估表、职业认同感等。结果两组实施前焦虑自评量表(self rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depressive scale,SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组主观评估评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士职业认同感量表(nurse professional identity scale,NPIQ)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新入职护士在岗前培训的同时也融入心理护理管理,能进一步提升其心理素质和职业认同感,让其以良好心态进入工作岗位,确保护理质量。Objective To explore the effect and influence of psychological nursing management on improving the mental health status of new nurses.Methods A total of 94 newly admitted nurses in Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research object,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine pre-service training,and the observation group was integrated into psychological nursing management on the basis of routine training,and the psychological status,subjective evaluation form and professional identity of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depressive scale(SDS)between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The subjective assessment score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The nurse professional identity scale,(NPIQ)score of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pre-service training of new nurses also integrates psychological nursing management,which can further improve their psychological quality and professional identity,so that they can enter the job with a good attitude and ensure the quality of nursing.
