摘 要:广州市番禺区卫生系统在2007年建立了以聘用制度为基础的用人制度,全面推行全员聘用制。广州市番禺区中心医院在人事制度改革工作中,合理设置专业技术岗位,明确岗位职责、任职条件,严格人员聘用程序,竞争上岗,择优聘用。随着社会经济的发展和人民健康意识的提高,对医疗服务的需求日益增长。作为国家医疗体系的骨干力量,三甲综合医院承担着重要的医疗救治、科研创新和人才培养任务。在这样的背景下,专业技术职务岗位竞聘成为三甲综合医院人才选拔的重要环节。在岗位聘用中遵循岗位聘用与个人能力相适应的原则,评聘分开得到进一步深化和完善。本文主要介绍广州市番禺区中心医院在专业技术职务岗位竞聘累积的实践经验和取得的一定成效,以及在推进事业单位职称制度改革中的工作探讨。The Panyu District Health System in Guangzhou established an employment system based on the employment system in 2007,fully implementing the full staff employment system.In the personnel system reform work of Guangzhou Panyu District Central Hospital,professional and technical positions are reasonably set up,job responsibilities and conditions are clarified,personnel recruitment procedures are strictly enforced,competition for positions is conducted,and employment is based on merit.With the development of social economy and the improvement of people's health awareness,the demand for medical services is increasing day by day.As the backbone of the national medical system,tertiary comprehensive hospitals undertake important tasks such as medical treatment,scientific research innovation,and talent cultivation.In this context,competition for professional and technical positions has become an important part of talent selection in tertiary comprehensive hospitals.Following the principle of adapting job recruitment to individual abilities in job recruitment,the separation of evaluation and recruitment has been further deepened and improved.This article mainly introduces the accumulated practical experience and certain achievements of Panyu District Central Hospital in professional and technical positions,as well as its work exploration in promoting the reform of the professional title system in public institutions.
