摘　　要：目的研究代谢相关性脂肪性肝病(metabolic related fatty liver diseases,MAFLD)患者出现明显肝纤维化的相关因素。方法回顾性选择2020年1月—2023年1月莆田学院附属医院通过肝穿刺活检病理诊断为代谢相关性脂肪性肝病患者50例作为研究对象,观察患者出现明显肝纤维化的相关因素。结果与无/轻微肝纤维化的MAFLD患者相比,明显肝纤维化的MAFLD患者外周血中血红蛋白水平和血小板计数较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伴有明显肝纤维化患者血液中总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBA)和空腹血糖水平更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。女性、高血压、身体质量指数、年龄、血红蛋白和血小板计数与明显肝纤维化之间存在显著关联(P<0.05)。结论血小板计数、高血压以及体质量作为临床肝活检确诊的代谢相关性脂肪性肝病患者出现明显肝纤维的相关危险因素,临床中需要给予重视。Objective To investigate the factors associated with significant liver fibrosis in patients with non/alcoholic fatty liver disease(MAFLD).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 50 patients diagnosed with MAFLD through liver biopsy of Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January 2020 and January 2023.The study aimed to identify the factors related to significant liver fibrosis in these patients.Results Compared to patients with MAFLD and mild fibrosis,patients with MAFLD and significant fibrosis exhibit lower levels of hemoglobin and platelet count in peripheral blood,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The level of total bilirubin(TBA)and fasting blood glucose in blood was higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was a significant association between female gender,hypertension,body mass index,age,hemoglobin,platelet count,and significant fibrosis(P<0.05).Conclusion Platelet count,hypertension,and BMI were identified as significant risk factors for the development of significant liver fibrosis in patients diagnosed with MAFLD through liver biopsy.These factors should be given due consideration in clinical practice.
