摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期妇女心理焦虑、抑郁情况及其影响因素。方法:采用自制问卷和广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)对2023年1—6月在随州市妇幼保健院围产期保健科产检的792例孕妇进行现场问卷调查和心理健康测评。结果:792例孕妇焦虑发生率为22.5%,抑郁发生率为39.0%。二元logistic回归分析显示,病理妊娠、睡眠时间不足、气质类型(抑郁质)是焦虑发生的危险因素,病理妊娠、睡眠时间不足、气质类型(抑郁质)、文化程度与抑郁发生相关(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期妇女很容易产生焦虑、抑郁情绪,医务人员应关注孕妇的心理健康,及时发现不良心理状况及其危险因素,加强孕妇心理健康指导及干预,促进母儿身心健康。Objective:To investigate the psychological anxiety and depression of pregnant women and its influencing factors.Method:A total of 792 pregnant women in the Perinatal Health Department of Suizhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to June 2023 were investigated by using self-made questionnaire,Generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7)and Edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS).Result:The incidence of anxiety and depression was 22.5%and 39.0%in 792 pregnant women.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that pathological pregnancy,lack of sleep time and temperament type(depression)were risk factors for anxiety,and pathological pregnancy,lack of sleep time,temperament type(depression)and education level were correlated with depression(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pregnant women are prone to anxiety and depression.Medical staff should pay attention to the mental health of pregnant women,find out the bad mental state and its risk factors in time,strengthen the guidance and intervention of mental health of pregnant women,and promote the physical and mental health of mother and child.
