摘 要:《庄子》一书中有大量关于生死态度观点的独特论述。庄子提倡“贵生”之法,不仅注重保全形体,也强调淡泊无为的精神修养,帮助世人找寻与现世和解之方,安生乐生。在“贵生”基础之上,庄子通过道的运行规律阐明了生死自然、生死必然、生死齐一的道理,使世人意识到“乐生”的同时理应“好死”。世人对死皆有恐惧,以愉悦的态度接受死亡来临犹如天方夜谭,而在庄子看来,世人所执着的生之乐仅仅是夫俗之乐,死亡之乐寓意着超越南面王乐的极乐。对《庄子》的深入剖析有助于引导世人树立理性、辩证的生死观,既能够珍惜生之当下,也能够坦然面对死亡。Zhuangzi records a large number of discussions on the attitude towards life and death.Zhuangzi advocates“valuing life”not only on the preservation of the body,but also on the spiritual cultivation noninterference,finding a way to reconcile with the realistic world,so as to live in peace and happiness.On the basis of“valuing life”,Zhuangzi also clarifies the naturalness,inevitability and the unity of life and death through the law of Tao.So to enjoy life,one must embrace death first.Everyone is afraid of death,and it seems impossible to embrace it.In Zhuangzi’s view,the joy of life that people are obsessed with is too commonplace,but the joy of death implies the bliss.The in-depth analysis of Zhuangzi helps guide people to establish a rational and dialectical view of life and death,so that people can cherish the present and face the death.
