不规则混凝土壳体收缩徐变效应的有限元分析

摘  要:运用收缩徐变相关理论,计算一个不规则混凝土壳体建成一年后的收缩应变和徐变系数,结合降温等效及有效模量法的思想对壳体的收缩徐变效应进行有限元分析,得出以下结论:不规则壳体在收缩作用下,顶部的最大主应力较小,下部门窗洞口附近及最底部的较大,整个壳体最大主应力值峰值为3.792 MPa。该壳体考虑徐变效应后,内表面最大主应力增大了0.405 MPa,外表面增大了0.164 MPa;壳体内表面的最大应变值是未考虑徐变时的3.165倍,外表面的是未考虑徐变时的2.865倍。Based on theories of shrinkage and creep,this paper calculates the shrinkage strain and creep coefficient of a irregular concrete shell after built a year later.Make finite element analysis on the shrinkage and creep effects of the shell with the ideas of equivalent cooling method and effective modulus method,draw the following conclusions:Under the effect of shrinkage,the maximum principal stress of the top of the shell is small,the maximum principal stresses of the parts near the bottom and the mouth of the cave are bigger.The maximum principal stress of the shell is 3.792 MPa.After considering the creep effect,the maximum principal stress of the inner surface increases 0.405 MPa,the maximum principal stress of the outside surface increases 0.164 MPa,the maximum strain value of the inner surface is 3.165 times of that without considering creep,the maximum strain value of the outside surface is 2.865 times of that without considering creep.
