摘　　要：以振镜在高密度互连(HDI)板CO_(2)激光钻孔中的应用为研究对象,理论结合实践,探讨振镜在扫描控制中参数的设置和优化。在满足加工品质要求的同时,确保更高的加工效率。This paper mainly focuses on the application of galvanometer in CO_(2) laser drilling of high-density interconnection printed circuit boards.Combining theory with practice,the parameter setting and optimization of galvanometer in scanning control are discussed.Based on the results,one can ensure the highest processing efficiency while meeting the processing quality requirements.
