父权文化弱化视角下青少年期亲子关系问题的社会工作介入

摘　　要：父母的权威教养是青少年个体良性发展的重要因素,父权文化的弱化给青少年的自我形成环境带来了巨大的变革,使家庭中权利关系发生转变,个人权利意识逐渐兴起,并引发孝道文化的衰落;加之青少年自身趋向的内在因素和教育、时代效应外在因素的共同作用,导致亲子冲突逐渐升级。社会工作介入青少年亲子冲突,需要建立父母的良好权威;尊重与纠正青少年权利意识的观念;调整家庭界限;改善家庭成员的沟通方式;教育政策倡导;构建新时代的父权文化,以期亲子关系问题得到改善。The authoritative parenting of parents is an important factor in the healthy development of adolescents.The weakened patriarchal culture has brought great changes to the environment of adolescents' self-formation,resulting in the transformation of power relations within families.Consequently,the awareness of individual rights has gradually risen,leading to the decline of filial piety culture.Combined with the intrinsic factors of adolescents themselves and the external factors such as education and time effect,this has gradually led to an escalation of parent-child conflicts.Social work intervention in parent-child conflicts among adolescents requires the establishment of good parental authority,respect for and correction of adolescents' awareness of rights,adjustment of family boundaries,improvement of the way family members communicate,advocacy for educational policies and the construction of patriarchal culture in the new era.These measures aim at improving parent-child relationships and solving the problems that arise from them.
