摘 要:为了拓展人工林杨木在户外的应用,制备了酚醛树脂(PF)浸渍杨木单板层积材(LVL),并对其微观结构、耐腐性能和力学性能进行分析。结果表明,低分子量酚醛树脂能够进入杨木单板的导管和纤维中的空隙;浸有酚醛树脂的杨木单板层积材表现出优异的防腐性能,且抗弯强度和弹性模量分别提高了6.91%和71.11%。This study investigated the enhancement of poplar veneer laminated lumber(LVL)for outdoor applications by impregnating it with phenol formaldehyde(PF)resin.The research focused on the microstructural changes and improvements in antiseptic and mechanical properties.It was found that low molecular weight PF resin effectively infiltrated the vessels and fibers of poplar veneer.Furthermore,the impregnated poplar LVL demonstrated superior corrosion resistance and significant improvements in modulus of rupture(MOR)and modulus of elasticity(MOE)by 6.91%and 71.11%,respectively.
