摘　　要：在同一台全自动封边机上,使用同一供方、同批次的PVC封边条、浸渍胶膜纸饰面刨花板及相同涂布量的PUR热熔胶和相同的封边工艺参数,对比研究了5种封边机压带轮数量搭配组合(“1带2”“1带3”“1带4”“1带5”“1带6”)封边板件的外观质量、封边剥离力和8 h泡水试验。结果表明,随着压带轮数量的增加,封边板件的剥离力增大,8 h泡水试验的合格率增加,建议高品质板式家具制造采用“1带6”(1个大压带轮,带6个小压带轮)的压带轮搭配组合。On the same fully automatic edge banding machine,a comparative study was conducted on the appearance quality,edge peeling force,and 8 hours water immersion test of five types of edge banding machine pressing rollers wheel combinations using the same supplier and batch of PVC edge banding belts,surface decorated particleboards with paper impregnated thermosetting resin,and the same coating amount of PUR hot melt adhesive and the same edge banding process parameters.The results indicated that as the number of pressing rollers increases,the peeling force of the edge sealing panel increases,and the qualification rate of the 8 hours soaking test increases.It was recommended to use a combination of one large pressing roller with 6 small pressing rollers for the manufacturing of high quality wood-based panel furniture.
