摘 要:随着经济产业结构的持续优化和完善,经济全球化的趋势日益加强。为充分迎合新时期工科相关产业和行业的变化,新工科教学建设工作提上日程。在新工科的背景下,专业人才工程实践能力培养工作也迎来新的机遇和挑战。综合来看,大多数高校在对新工科专业人才的创新培养过程中,仍存在诸多的问题。基于此,本文通过对新工科相关的概念阐述入手,总结在开展新工科专业人才工程实践能力培养过程中出现的相关问题,并为高校提出具体可行的工科专业人才培养策略,旨在推动新工科建设在高校综合教育教学工作中的持续发展。With the continuous optimization and improvement of the economic and industrial structure,the trend of economic globalization is increasingly strengthening.In order to fully cater to the changes in engineering related industries and industries in the new era,the construction of new engineering teaching has been put on the agenda.Overall,there are still many problems in the innovative training process of new engineering professionals in most universities.Based on this,by elaborating on the concepts related to the new engineering discipline,this paper summarizes the relevant issues that have arisen in the process of cultivating the engineering practical ability of new engineering professionals,and proposes specific and feasible engineering talent cultivation strategies for universities,aiming to promote the sustainable development of the construction of new engineering disciplines in the comprehensive education and teaching work of universities.
