摘　　要：随着改革开放进程不断加快,我国的高等教育实现了高质量发展,在校大学生的数量也急剧增长,保障大学生身心健康发展已成为政府、社会、学校和家庭共同的任务。大学生心理发展尚不成熟,心理调适能力难以应对生活中遇到的各种压力和挫折,特别是新冠肺炎疫情给大学生的生活、学习方式带来巨大冲击,严重影响了大学生的成长成才。从积极心理学视角,构建学校-学院-班级-宿舍四位一体的心理危机干预体系,通过预防、早期预警、干预等工作机制,运用关注、倾听、评估等技巧,帮助大学生安全平稳地渡过危机,教会大学生应对危机的能力,最后需要积极地跟踪关怀巩固干预取得的成果,为大学生的学习生活构建完善的心理支持系统。With the speeding up of reform and opening up process,higher education in China has realized high quality development,the number of college students is also increasing rapidly.To ensure the healthy development of college students'body and mind has become a common task of the government,society,school and family.The psychological development of college students is not mature,and their psychological adjustment ability is difficult to cope with various pressures and setbacks in life.In particular,the COVID-19 epidemic has brought a huge impact on the life and learning style of college students,which seriously affects the growth of college students.From the perspective of positive psychology,build“schools-schoolclass-dormitory”four psychological crisis intervention system,through the prevention,early warning and intervention mechanism,using the techniques such as attention,listen to and evaluating safety smoothly through the crisis,to help college students teach students the ability to cope with the crisis,the need to actively track care consolidate intervention results,to construct a perfect psychological support system for college students'study and life.
