摘　　要：大数据技术对继续教育的教育教学改革产生了重大的影响。女性是继续教育的“半边天”,因其性别特点,有着不同于男性的教学方式方法。根据女性的性别特点和成长规律,利用大数据技术,通过建立大数据教学平台,采用适合女性的个性化教学策略,推进“线上+线下”混合式教学模式,实施多元的教学评价,建设熟悉女性教育的信息化教师队伍等措施,实施精准教学,解决当前女性继续教育存在的问题。实践表明,提出的研究对策可以有效提升女性继续教育的教学质量。Big data technology has a great impact on the education and teaching reform of continuing education.Women are the“half sky”of continuing education.They have different teaching methods from men based on their gender characteristics.According to the gender characteristics and growth laws of women,this paper uses big data technology to carry out precision teaching reform.It takes out some measures to solute the current problems in women's continuing education and implement the precision teaching,such as establishing a big data teaching plaform,adopting personalized teaching strategies suitable for women,promoting the“online+offline”mixed teaching mode,implementing diversified teaching evaluation and the constructing a team of teachers with big data literacy.The practice shows that the proposed research measures can effectively improve the teaching quality of women's continuing education.
