摘　　要：“产学研用”将教学、科研和实践三大职能结合在一起,成为高校发展的重要方向之一。生物学是一门融合了多种科学技术、持续发展的交叉学科,在教育教学方法和人才培养模式上都应紧跟时代步伐。农业本科院校历史悠久,当前面临着一大批以专科为依托提升起来的本科学校的激烈竞争,还面临行业热点迅速转变、就业市场持续多变等问题。如何既能发挥优势又能保持专业特色,使学校快速可持续地发展,始终是值得探讨的课题。该文在分析生物学教学模式现状的基础上,探索“产学研用一体化”背景下高校生物学教学模式改革方案的推进策略。Combining the three major functions of teaching,research and practice,“industry-universityresearch-application integration”has become an important direction for the development of colleges and universities.Biology is an inter-discipline that integrates a variety of science and technology,so it should keep up with the times in teaching methods and talent training modes.As an agricultural undergraduate university with a long history,it is faced with various problems such as fierce competition,rapid changes in industry hot spots,continuous changes in the job market,and so on.It is worth to discuss how to take advantage and maintain the specialized characteristic,to make the university develop rapidly and sustainably.In this paper,the writers analyze the current situation of teaching mode,and explore the promotion strategy of teaching mode reform based on“industryuniversity-research-application integration”.
