摘 要:针对矿石性质复杂,稀贵金属的伴生回收率较低的问题。为了充分提高铜精矿中铜金回收率,采用化学分析,结合MLA矿物自动定量分析系统和扫描电镜等多种分析检测手段,进行系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:辉铜矿、斑铜矿、黄铜矿自由表面积比例整体偏低,分别为62.95%、57.14%、51.23%,主要与黄铁矿、石英、白云母、高岭石连生;矿石中的金在铜的硫化物中的分配率为58.23%,在黄铁矿中的分配率为24.46%,在石英和粘土矿物中的分配率分别为8.50%和8.81%。The study is made on the complex ore propertiesand the low associated recovery rate of precious metals.It is adopted chemical analysis,combining with MLA mineral automated quantification analysis system,scanning electron microscope and various analysis detection methods to do the systematically process mineralogy study in order to sufficiently increase the recovery rate of coppergold in copper concentrate.Results show:Free surface area ratio of chalcocite,bornite,chalcopyrite are all low,the ratio separately are 62.95%,57.14%,51.23%,they are mainly intergrowth with pyrite,quartz,white mica and kaolinite;the distribution rate of gold in copper's sulphide is 58.23%,in pyrite is 24.26%,its distribution rate in quartz and clay mineral separately is 8.50%and 8.81%.
