压铸制备大长径比铸件气孔缺陷分析及对策

摘  要:针对压铸制备大长径比横梁易出现的气孔问题,分析了缺陷产生的原因并采取了相应对策,经过工艺优化制备出的大长径比整体横梁整体抗弯强度达到73.33 MPa,开口吊耳、闭合吊耳有效载荷分别为844 kg、1894 kg。整体横梁电阻率为理论值的100.4%,使用平均温度低于焊接横梁3.2℃,横梁整体性能实现了较大程度提升。Large length-to-diameter ratio cross beam prepared by pressure casting is prone to occur blowhole problem,therefore the causes of defects were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were taken,the large length-to-diameter ratio cross beam prepared by optimal process that the overall bending strength can reach to 73.33 MPa,the effective load of open hanging lugs and close hanging lugs seperatly were 844 kg and 1894 kg.The specific resistance of overall cross beam is 100.4%of theoretical value,the average operating temperature is 3.2℃,which is lower than welding temperature of cross beam,the overall performance of cross beam has a large improvement.
