摘 要:基于挥发性油藏注CO_(2)混相驱开发时出现采收率异常的工程问题,探索研究了油气分离条件对挥发性原油高压物性及采收率的影响。通过高压物性和油气分离实验,解释了采收率异常的原因是脱气时较大的压差使挥发油中轻质组分蒸发严重,导致实测地面脱气油量减少。地面油气分离时采用多级脱气可以有效降低油气分离时挥发油中轻质组分的蒸发程度,减少地面脱气油损失。实验得出了挥发油在地面多级分离时的最优分离器压差,在该压差下分离油气时原油中的轻质组分蒸发程度最小。该研究结果对挥发性油藏地面分离条件的确定有一定指导意义。Based on the engineering problem of abnormal recovery efficiency during the development of CO2 miscible flooding in volatile oil reservoirs,the influence of oil and gas separation conditions on the PVT properties and recovery efficiency of volatile crude oil was explored and studied.Through PVT and oil gas separation experiments,it is explained that the reason for the abnormal recovery efficiency is that the large pressure difference during degassing caused severe evaporation of the light components in the volatile oil,resulting in a decrease in the measured surface degassed oil amount.The use of multistage separation during ground oil and gas separation can effectively reduce the evaporation degree of light components in volatile oil during oil and gas separation,and reduce the loss of ground degassed oil.The optimal separator pressure difference for multistage separation of volatile oil on the ground is obtained through experiments,at which the evaporation degree of the light components in the crude oil is the smallest when separating oil and gas.The research results have certain guiding significance for determining the ground separation conditions of volatile oil reservoirs.
