摘  要:本文以北京中医药大学东直门医院口腔科为例,探讨在护理人力资源配置不足的情况下,运用人力资源管理相应对策来解决护理人员不足、专业性不强、工作量大及护士队伍不稳定的情况。根据实际情况采取了合理的岗位设置并明确各岗位职责、岗位人员配置及分工细化、岗位轮转、个性化排班、业务培训、激励制度及绩效考核、人性化管理、人文关怀、管理者素质提升的人力资源管理对策,保证护理工作效率。This paper investigated current situation of nursing human resource allocation management in Dongzhimen hospital.Corresponding countermeasures of human resource management were used to solve the problems of shortage of nursing staff,lack of professionalism,heavy workload and instability of nursing staff.According to the actual situation,reasonable interventions including post setting and clarifying the responsibilities of each post,making the personnel allocation and division of labor in each post more detailed,and taking the human resource management countermeasures of post rotation,personalized shift scheduling,business training,incentive system and performance evaluation,humanistic management,humanistic care and managers quality promotion.
