摘  要:知识生产模式转型与战略性新兴产业发展需求为产学共生提供了现实情境。普渡大学在全美率先推出完全专注于半导体和微电子学学位项目,推动半导体领域人才增长与产业创新,其多学科非线性交互式课程体系、跨学科全链条聚合型师资支撑、“分等级”多主体合作网络关系,充分实现了知识类型的多维聚合、知识生产参与者的链式裂变、知识生产参与主体的互利共生。基于共生发展逻辑起点,产学双方要通过适应资源的异质性与知识生产功能的交互性开展自主创新与集成创新,将卓越工程师教育培养与科学研究融入产业研发流程,构建“政府—产业—大学—社会组织—虚拟网络”知识生产协同体,形成一体化互利共生型高层次工程科技人才培养系统。The transformation of knowledge production models and the development needs of strategic emerging industries provide a realistic context for the coexistence of industry and academia.Purdue University,as the first university in the United States to fully focus on semiconductor and microelectronics degree programs,aims to promote talent growth and industrial innovation in the semiconductor field.Its multi-disciplinary,non-linear and interactive curriculum system,interdisciplinary,full chain aggregation type teacher support,and“hierarchical”multi-agent cooperation network relationship fully realize the multi-dimensional aggregation24.2361.8 of knowledge types,chain fission of knowledge production participants,and mutualism of knowledge production participants.Based on the logical starting point of symbiotic development,the study proposes that both industry and academia should carry out independent and integrated innovation by adapting to the heterogeneity of resources and the interaction of knowledge production functions,integrating the education and scientific research of outstanding engineers into the industrial research and development process,and constructing a“government industry university social organization virtual network”knowledge production synergy,promote the formation of an integrated mutualism high-level engineering science and technology talent training system.
