摘　　要：要素互动是区域高等教育协调发展的动态过程。研究发现,粤港澳大湾区经济发展定位引领产业集群,产业结构优化升级依赖于知识技术创新,人力资源集聚助推城市化及产业化进程,区域经济投入是高等教育发展重要保障。粤港澳大湾区高等教育协调发展面临机遇与挑战并存的困境,发挥经济链、产业链、人才链和教育链相互协同、相互促进作用,能有效强化“港澳广深”核心城市为引领的功能辐射,优化区域产业结构倒逼产教融合发展,形成多元人才制度优势叠加的虹吸效应,激发区域教育资源合理配置的溢出效应,促进区域资源配置能力和创新策源能力提升,助推区域高等教育高质量发展。Interaction of elements is a dynamic process of coordinated development of regional higher education.It is found that the orientation of economic development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area leads industrial clusters,the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure depends on knowledge and technology innovation,the agglomeration of human resources promotes urbanization and industrialization,and regional economic input is an important guarantee for the development of higher education.The coordinated development of higher education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area faces the dilemma of both opportunities and challenges.By giving full play to the synergy and mutual promotion of economic,industrial,talent and education chains,it can effectively strengthen the functional radiation led by the core cities of"Hong Kong,Macao,Guangzhou and Shenzhen",optimize the regional industrial structure and force the integrated development of production and education,and form the siphon effect of the superposition of the advantages of the diversified talent system.Stimulate the spillover effect of rational allocation of regional educational resources,promote the improvement of regional resource allocation ability and innovative resource development ability,and promote the high-quality development of regional higher education.
