摘 要:基建管理是一门实践科学,文章站在疾控业主的角度,结合中国疾控中心二期工程项目前期实践情况,总结归纳了基建团队建设需要注意的三个“1+1”,即团队目标“1+1=1”、团队头脑“1+1=2”、团队效能“1+1>2”,以及基建团队思想认识层面需要厘清的六种关系,为破除团队成员思想障碍,调动各方积极性,做好基建管理提供了解决路径。Infrastructure management is deemed as practical science.In this study,three"1+1"principles that should be highlighted during infrastructure team construction were summarized from the perspective of disease control and prevention proprietors in combination with early practice of the Stage-II Project for Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention.To be specific,the"1+1"principles can be elaborated as a"1+1=1"principle for team objectives,"1+1=2"for team brainstorming,and"1+1>2"for team efficiency.Besides,6 relations need to be clarified for infrastructure teams at ideological and cognitive levels,so as to remove ideological obstructions among team members,motivate the initiative of all parties,and provide a solution to infrastructure management.
