摘 要:科学合理的绩效管理体系是国际工程承包企业适应经济全球化发展的要求,沟通体系优化是绩效管理体系的重要组成部分,其充分肯定了公司管理层与员工定期沟通的重要性。沟通体系优化能够使公司内部有和谐的氛围,有利于公司内部人员之间的有效沟通,员工能够在这种沟通氛围中充分表达出自己的想法意见,进而不断改善公司的管理者与员工二者之间的关系,并且能够做到及时迅速地改正工作中不恰当的问题,进而有效提升企业绩效管理水平和核心竞争力。A scientific and reasonable performance management system is required for international project contractors to adapt toeconomic globalization,of which communication system optimization is an important part,fully verifying the importance of regular communication between the management of a company and employees.Communication system optimization can create a harmonious atmosphere in the company,to facilitate effective communication among staff of the company.In such an atmosphere for communication,employees can fully express their opinions and ideas to improve their relationship with the managementcontinuously,as well as rectify problems in work timely and swiftly to enhance the level of performance management and core competitiveness of the company.
