省域劳动力充分就业的空间差异及分布动态演进——以江苏省为例

摘　　要：推进省域劳动力充分就业需要厘清其空间格局及影响因素,文章以江苏13个地级市为研究对象,选取2010-2020年劳动力充分就业相关数据,借助ArcGIS软件绘制劳动力充分就业分布热力图,分析江苏省劳动力充分就业时空演化过程,采用熵权综合评价法、Dagum基尼系数、Kernel密度估计、马尔科夫链法及空间杜宾模型探究江苏省劳动力充分就业的空间差异、分布动态及影响因素。结果表明:(1)江苏省劳动力充分就业总体差异呈现缩小趋势,总体差异主要由地区间差异引起;(2)整体劳动力充分就业伴随极化现象发生;(3)江苏省苏南和苏中地区劳动力充分就业状态流动性较好,苏北地区组间流动性较低;(4)经济发展水平、产业结构、环境规制对本地劳动力充分就业具有显著促进作用,其中环境规制对本地区劳动力充分就业的影响最强,人口密度具有显著的正向空间溢出效应,工资水平成为江苏省劳动力充分就业提升的阻碍因素。据此,进一步提出改善江苏省劳动力充分就业空间格局的政策建议。To promote the full employment of labor force in Jiangsu province,it is necessary to clarify its spatial pattern and influencing factors.This paper takes 13 prefecture level cities in Jiangsu province as the research object,selects the data related to the full employment of labor force from 2010 to 2020,draws the thermal map of the distribution of full employment of labor force with ArcGIS software,analyzes the spacetime evolution process of full employment of labor force in Jiangsu province,and adopts entropy weight comprehensive evaluation method,Dagum gini coefficient,Kernel density estimation,Markov chain method and spatial Dubin model explore the spatial differences,distribution dynamics and influencing factors of full employment of labor force in Jiangsu province.The results indicate that:()The overall disparity of full employment of labor force in Jiangsu province is narrowing,and the overall difference is mainly caused by regional differences;(2)Full employment of the overall labor force is accompanied by polarization;(3)In South and Central Jiangsu province,the mobility of labor force in full employment is good,while that in North Jiangsu is low.(4)The level of economic development,industrial structure and environmental regulation have significantly promoted the full employment of local labor force,among which environmental regulation has the strongest impact on the full employment of local labor force,population density has a significant positive spatial spillover effect,and wage level has become an obstacle to the improvement of full employment of labor force in Jiangsu province.On this basis,further policy recommendations are proposed to improve the spatial pattern of full employment of labor in Jiangsu province.
