新时代思政课教师“六要”新要求及其培育

摘　　要：落实高校思想政治理论课教学工作,关键在教师。新时代思政课教师应具备政治要强、情怀要深、思维要新、视野要广、自律要严、人格要正六种素养,方能确保思政课教师队伍质量,增强思政课课堂魅力,才培育出有担当、有使命的新时代青年。对标“六要”新要求,确定以“四到位”理念提升思政课教师队伍质量,使其政治强、思维新;以“四结合”理念提高思政课教师队伍水平,使其视野广、情怀深;建立科学合理的评价机制,准入与退出相结合,使其自律严、人格正等三个方面给出现实理路。The key to implementing the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in universities lies in teachers.Teachers of ideological and political courses in the new era should possess six qualities:strong politics,deep emotions,new thinking,broad vision,strict self-discipline,and positive personality,in order to ensure the quality of the ideological and political course teaching team,enhance the charm of the ideological and political course classroom,and cultivate responsible and mission oriented young people in the new era.Benchmarking the new requirements of the“six essentials”,practical solutions should be taken from three aspects:determine the concept of“four in place”to improve the quality of ideological and political course teachers,making them politically strong and innovative in thinking;improve the level of ideological and political course teachers with the concept of“four combinations”so as to broaden their horizons and deepen their emotions;establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism by combing admission and exit so as to cultivate self-discipline and integrity.
