摘　　要：“双高计划”启动后,越来越多的专项资金投入到实训室建设中,使得如何科学合理地评价项目资金绩效成为关注焦点。依托层次分析法(AHP)数学模型,结合“双高计划”建设院校专业实训室的功能,设计出25个指标观测点,对实训室专项资金绩效评价指标体系进行研究分析,以使评价体系更加科学合理,进而促进资金使用管理科学化规范化,资源优化配置水平提升,确保“双高计划”建设目标的实现。After the“Double High-quality Plan”launched,more and more special funds was invested in the training room construction,which made how to evaluate the project fund performance scientifically and reasonably become the focus of attention.Based on the mathematical model of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and combining with the function of“Double High-quality Plan”to build professional training rooms in colleges and universities,it designed 25 index observation points.These 25 index observation points were to study and analyze the performance evaluation index system of special funds in the training rooms,so as to make the evaluation system more scientific and reasonable,further promote the scientific and standardized use and management of fund,and optimize the allocation of resources.To ensure the realization of the construction objectives of the“Double High-quality Plan”.
