摘  要:针对汽车悬架处振动能量再生和汽车平顺性问题,设计了振动俘能器并且研究了俘能器对汽车平顺性的影响。首先基于汽车悬架设计了非线性和线性两种振动俘能器,分别建立了含有两种俘能器的1/4车辆模型。然后将随机道路激励作为输入激励,建立了俘能器俘能功率和汽车平顺性评价系统。采用控制变量法仿真分析了不同车速和道路等级下俘能器俘能功率和汽车平顺性的变化。仿真结果表明,两种俘能器的俘能功率均随车速与道路等级的增加而增加,非线性俘能器的俘能功率最好;振动俘能器提高了汽车平顺性,含有非线性俘能器的汽车平顺性最佳。研究结论是非线性因素的引入有效提高了振动俘能器俘能功率和汽车平顺性。Aiming at the problems of vibration energy regeneration of car suspension and car ride comfort,a vibration energy harvester was designed and its effect on car ride comfort was studied.Firstly,linear and nonlinear vibration energy harvesters were designed based on the car suspension,and two quarter car models with two kinds of vibration energy harvesters were established,respectively.Then random road excitation was used as the input excitation to establish the harvesting power of energy harvester and car ride comfort evaluation system.Control variable method was used to simulate and analyze the variation of energy harvesting power and car ride comfort under different speed and road class.The simulation results show that the harvesting power of the two kinds of energy harvesters increases with the increase of car speed and road class,and the nonlinear energy harvester has the best harvesting power;Vibration energy harvester can improve the car ride comfort,and the car ride comfort with nonlinear energy harvester is the best.The conclusion is that the introduction of nonlinear factors can effectively improve the energy harvesting power and car ride comfort.
