摘 要:为探究在镉(Cd)轻度污染农田中不同土壤改良剂对土壤镉的钝化效果及对冬小麦镉吸收及籽粒产量的影响,在许昌市建安区选择重金属镉污染的农田进行大田试验,通过添加不同土壤改良剂,比较了不同土壤改良剂处理对麦田土壤Cd生物有效性及对不同Cd积累吸收类型冬小麦品种籽粒Cd含量与产量的影响。结果表明,施用土壤改良剂(复合微生物肥、重金属钝化剂、复合微生物肥+重金属钝化剂)均能降低土壤有效Cd含量,且能促使土壤Cd可交换态和碳酸盐结合态向残渣态方向转移;还可降低小麦籽粒Cd含量,有利于通过协调产量构成因素实现增产,且不同土壤改良剂施用处理相比,均以复合微生物肥+重金属钝化剂复合处理效果最好。因此,复合微生物肥和重金属钝化剂复合处理可作为豫中部镉轻度污染麦田土壤修复与小麦安全生产的栽培调控技术。In order to investigate the effects of different soil amendments on the passivation of soil Cd and the effect on Cd uptake and seed yield of winter wheat in Cd-contaminated fields,we conducted field experiment in Jian’an District of Xuchang City,so as to compare the effects of different soil amendments on the biological effectiveness of soil Cd and on the accumulation and uptake of different types of winter wheat varieties by adding different soil amendments.The effects of different soil amendments on the bio-effectiveness of Cd in wheat fields and on the Cd accumulation and uptake of winter wheat varieties were compared.The results showed that the application of soil conditioners(compound microbial fertilizer,heavy metal passivator and compound microbial fertilizer+heavy metal passivator)could reduce the effective Cd content of soil and promote the transfer of soil Cd exchangeable and carbonate bound state to residue state;it could also reduce the Cd content of wheat seeds and help to achieve yield increase by coordinating the yield components.Cd content of wheat seeds was reduced by the compound microbial fertilizer+heavy metal passivator.Compared with the different soil conditioner treatments,the best results were obtained with the combination of microbial fertilizer+heavy metal passivator.Therefore,the combination of microbial fertilizer and heavy metal passivatorcould be used as a cultivation control technique for the remediation of lightly Cd-contaminated wheat fields and safe wheat production in central Henan.
