摘　　要：动物科学专业拔尖创新型人才是现代化畜牧业绿色高质量发展的关键,完善该领域本科生的培养模式对于满足产业人才需求和本科生的职业选择具有重要的现实意义。然而,现今的动物科学专业本科培养过程存在思政教育模式模糊、青年教师教学能力不足、培养模式单一等问题。从提升学生的知农爱农兴农情怀、构建高素质青年教师培育体系、打造一体化培养模式等方面探索新农科背景下动物科学专业拔尖创新型人才培养模式,以期为新动科拔尖创新型人才培养提供新的思路。The top-notch innovative talents in animal science major are crucial to promote the green and high-quality development of modern animal husbandry.It is of great practical significance to refine the undergraduate training mode in this field for meeting the demands of industry professionals as well as undergraduates’career choice.However,there are some problems in the current undergraduate cultivation process of animal science major,including an unclear ideological and political education model,inadequate teaching ability of young teachers,single cultivation mode,etc.The cultivation mode of top-notch innovative talents for animal sciences major under the background of new agricultural science was explored from the aspects of enhancing students’knowledge and passion for agriculture,establishing a high-quality system for cultivating young teachers,and creating an integrated cultivation model,so as to provide new ideas for cultivating top-notch talents in new animal science.
