摘  要:为了提高多电平变换器的输出性能,该文提出一种开中性点的新型级联型变换器。该变换器由级联H桥和半桥电路串联而成,通过增加一个简单的半桥电路可以实现输出电平几乎翻倍的效果。同时,半桥电路无需电压源,仅用电容供电,且无需任何闭环控制即可达到充放电平衡,从而实现电容电压的自平衡。该文首先介绍了新型变换器的拓扑结构及工作原理;其次,为了实现变换器的正常运行,引入简化算法作为其调制策略;最后,在并网条件下进行仿真和实验分析,结果显示该变换器能够在低开关频率下获得高质量输出波形,验证了该变换器的有效性及优越性。In order to improve the output performance of the multilevel converter,this paper proposes a new cascade converter with neutral point opened.The converter consists of a cascaded H-bridge and a half-bridge circuit connected in series.The output level can be almost doubled by adding a simple half-bridge circuit.At the same time,the half-bridge circuit does not need a voltage source,only uses a capacitor to supply power,and can achieve charge-discharge balance without any closed-loop control,thereby achieving self-balance of capacitor voltage.First,this article introduces the topology and working principle of the new converter.Secondly,in order to achieve the normal operation of the converter,a simplified algorithm as its modulation strategy is introduced.Finally,simulation and experimental analysis are carried out under grid-connected conditions.The results show that the converter can obtain high-quality output waveforms at low switching frequency,which verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the converter.
