摘　　要：为真实模拟飞机荷载对机场道面的作用,该文在总结已有相关设施设备特点的基础上,设计了飞机荷载模拟加载车,并结合真实飞机加载的现场试验道面结构层土压力数据对加载车仿真效果进行分析。结果表明:加载车载重系统最大可达50t,可模拟现役主起落架为单轮、双轮及四轮构型的飞机加载效果。装载单个机轮时,加载车对主起落架为单轮构型的飞机仿真效果好,但由于多轮对道面的叠加作用效应,对主起落架为六轮构型的飞机只在加载点正下方仿真效果较好。为真实模拟主起落架六轮及以上构型的飞机加载效果,仍需设计尺寸及加载能力更大的加载车。In order to realistically simulate the effect of aircraft load on the airfield pavement,this paper designs an aircraft load simulation loading vehicle based on the existing facilities and equipment,and analyzes the simulation effect of the loading vehicle test pavement structural layer soil pressure data with real aircraft loading.The results show that the loaded onboard heavy system can reach a maximum of 50 t,which can simulate the loading effect of all active aircraft with single wheel,double wheels,and four wheels configurations of main landing gears.When loading a single wheel,the loading vehicle has a good simulation effect on the aircraft with a single wheel configuration of the main landing gear.However,due to the superposition effect of multiple wheels on the pavement surface,the simulation effect on a six wheels configuration aircraft with a certain main landing gear is only close to that directly below the loading point.In order to truly simulate the loading effect of aircraft with six or more main landing gear configurations,a loading vehicle with larger size and loading capacity is still needed.
