摘 要:传统车辆悬架实验教学受到学时、设备、场地、风险等因素影响,教学效果不理想,难以保证悬架实验教学基本目标的实现。针对此问题,该研究将先前构建的商用车平衡悬架性能仿真分析科研平台引入悬架实验教学,构建了基于该平台的平衡悬架性能检测与分析实验教学案例。该教学案例无需昂贵实验设备和特定汽车试验场,不存在实验风险,并可实现全工况实验和可视化演示。教学实践结果表明,该案例突破了传统悬架实验教学方法的局限,可在不具备实验条件的情况下实现实验教学基本目标,提高了教学效率和教学效果。The traditional teaching method of the vehicle suspension experiment is affected by such factors as class hours,equipment,venues,and risks.This results in unsatisfactory teaching effect,and even difficult to ensure the basic objectives realization of the suspension experiment teaching.To solve this problem,this research introduced the previously built research platform for the simulation and analysis of the performance of the commercial vehicle tandem suspension into the suspension experiment teaching.Then,a teaching case for the balance suspension performance detection and analysis experiment was built based on this platform.This teaching case does not require expensive experimental equipment and a specific automobile test site.Moreover,there is no experimental risk and it can achieve the full working condition experiment and the visual demonstration.The teaching practice results show that the case breaks through the limitations of traditional suspension experiment teaching methods,and can achieve the basic goal of experimental teaching without experimental conditions,and improve the teaching efficiency and teaching effect.
