摘　　要：近年来,高校实验室对特种设备与射线装置需求增加,但由于管理不规范,安全事故时有发生。为了预防事故并保障科研,该文深入分析高校实验室这些危险性设备的特点与现状,根据这些设备的共性问题,制定了统一的安全管理办法,同时根据设备特点提出个性化管理思路,使管理更有针对性。通过这种管理办法,可以提高危险性设备的管理效率并降低使用风险,为高校教学科研提供更加安全可靠的保障。In recent years,the demand for special equipment and ray device in university laboratories has increased.However,due to inadequate management,safety accidents have occurred.In order to prevent accidents and ensure scientific research,this article provides an in-depth analysis of the characteristics and current situation of hazardous equipment in university laboratories.Based on the common issues of these devices,a unified safety management approach has been developed.Additionally,personalized management approaches have been proposed based on the characteristics of the equipment to make management more targeted.By implementing this management plan,the efficiency of managing hazardous equipment can be improved and the use of risk can be reduced,so as to provide more safe and reliable guarantee for teaching and scientific research in universities.
