摘 要:依托余姚市大面积厂房软基管桩沉管施工为工程背景,解决含水量较高的软弱地层管桩沉桩过程中遇到的断桩、碎桩问题。运用现场监测方法研究了沉桩过程中超孔隙水压力的变化规律。进而提出应对措施:利用长螺旋钻机引孔对形成的超孔隙水压力进行应力释放。研究结果表明:采用预钻孔沉桩法可明显改善挤土效应,地基明显改善,地基土位移可减小30%~50%,超孔隙水压力值可减小40%~50%,并可减少对已沉入桩的挤推和上浮,也有利于减少对周围环境的影响。This paper relies on the construction of soft foundation pipe pile sinking in a large area of Yuyao City as the engineering background to solve the problem of broken and broken piles encountered in the process of sinking pipe piles in soft strata with high water content. The change law of super pore water pressure in the process of pile sinking is studied by using field monitoring method. In turn, a countermeasure was proposed: using a long spiral drilling rig to induce holes for stress relief of the formed super pore water pressure. The research results show that the use of pre-drilled pile sinking method can significantly improve the crowding effect, the foundation can be significantly improved, the foundation soil displacement can be reduced by 30% to 50%, the super pore water pressure value can be reduced by40% to 50%, and can reduce the crowding and uplift of the sunken pile, and also help to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
