摘  要:高职百万扩招背景下,高职扩招生思想政治教育意义重大。当前,高职扩招生思想政治教育虽取得一定成绩,但总体获得感水平较低。这与学生本身的重视程度、教师的教学方法及内容、教师的专业素养等密切相关。为此,一要引导高职扩招生调动自身内在需求;二要提升教师整体的思想政治教育能力;三要丰富高职扩招生思想政治教育获得感的载体;四要建立高职扩招生思想政治教育的长效机制等。唯有如此,才能不断强化高职扩招生对当下的政治认同和对未来职业信心。Against the backdrop of millions of higher vocational colleges expanding enrollment,the significance of ideological and political education with expanding enrollment in higher vocational education is significant.Currently,although ideological and political education in the expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges has achieved certain results,the overall level of sense of gain is relatively low.This is closely related to the degree of emphasis placed on students themselves,the teaching methods and content of teachers,and the professional qualities of teachers.Therefore,firstly,it is necessary to guide the expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges to mobilize their internal needs;Secondly,it is necessary to enhance the overall ideological and political education ability of teachers;Thirdly,it is necessary to enrich the carriers of the sense of achievement in ideological and political education for expanding enrollment in higher vocational colleges;Fourthly,to establish a long-term mechanism for ideological and political education in the expansion of enrollment in higher vocational colleges.Only in this way can we continuously strengthen the political recognition and confidence in future careers of expanding enrollment in highervocational colleges.
