高校志愿者跨文化服务能力培养的价值、困境和路径——以大型赛会为例

摘　　要：高校学生往往是志愿者的强大主力军,有效提升大学生志愿者跨文化服务能力显得势在必行。通过对汕头地区高校志愿者跨文化服务现状困境进行调查分析,采取高校英语课程教学和专门的志愿者培训相结合的方式,从认知理解、情感态度、行为技能、系统培训等四个维度入手,对四个维度中涉及的12个要素(外国文化知识、中国文化知识、普遍文化知识、文化意识、国家认同、全球视野、跨文化体认、跨文化对话、跨文化探索、培训师资、培训方式、培训内容)规划出提升路径,从而提升城市知名度,传播国家文化。College student volunteers are often the main force of volunteers,so it is imperative to effectively improve the cross-cultural service ability of college student volunteers.Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation and predicament of the cross-cultural service of the college student volunteers in Chaoshan area,this study combines college English courses with special volunteer training methods,and starts from four dimensions of cognitive understanding,emotional attitude,behavioral skills and systematic training.The promotion path is planned for the 12 elements involved in the four dimensions(foreign cultural knowledge,Chinese cultural knowledge,universal cultural knowledge,cultural awareness,national identity,global vision,cross-cultural recognition,cross-cultural dialogue,cross-cultural exploration,training teachers,training methods and training content),so as to enhance the visibility of the city and spread the national culture.
