摘 要:为筛选优异软枣猕猴桃资源,本研究利用主成分分析方法对9株野生软枣猕猴桃资源26个指标进行综合分析。结果表明:前6个主成分的累积方差贡献率为91.122%;第1主成分主要由花冠直径、花柱数、单果重、果实纵径、果实横径、果实侧径、果型指数和萌芽率决定;第2主成分主要由花瓣数、果实扁平度和可溶性固形物决定;第3主成分主要由一年生枝越冬率和每结果枝平均果数决定。基于指标综合分值,9份野生软枣猕猴桃资源(F1~F9)中,F6综合评价得分最高,F3综合评价得分最低,说明F6可以作为优异资源进行保存和后续的杂交育种研究。本研究为软枣猕猴桃资源性状评价建立了适宜的评价方法,同时也为软枣猕猴桃种质鉴定和品种选育提供了理论参考。In order to screen excellent Actinidia arguta resources,this study conducted a comprehensive analysis of26 indicators from 9 wild A.arguta resources using the principal component analysis method.The results showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of the first six principal components was 91.122%.The first principal component was mainly composed of the size of opened flowers,stigma number,single fruit weight,fruit longitudinal diameter,fruit cheek diameter,fruit thick diameter,fruit shape index and the ratio of germination buds.The second principal component is mainly determined by the number of petals,fruit flatness and soluble solid matter content.The third principal component is mainly determined by the overwintering rate of annual branches and the average number of fruits per fruiting branch.Based on the comprehensive index scores,among the 9 wild A.arguta resources(F1 to F9),F6 has the highest comprehensive evaluation score and F3 has the lowest comprehensive evaluation score,indicating that F6 can be used as an excellent resource for preservation and subsequent crossbreeding research.This study established an appropriate evaluation method for the resource character evaluation of A.arguta,and provided a theoretical reference for germplasm identification and breeding of A.arguta.
