摘  要:为了精准实现水体污染治理,提出基于气相色谱-质谱法的水体中挥发性有机污染物实时监测方法。根据研究水体实际情况科学设置采样点,获取水体样本,选取新型SPE柱作为固相萃取小柱,制定水体样品预处理程序,确定检出限与定量限,采用气相色谱-质谱仪获取水体样本色谱图与质谱图,监测出挥发性有机污染物的种类与含量,从而实现水体中挥发性有机污染物的实时监测。实验数据显示:在不同采样时间背景下,提出方法监测得到的挥发性有机污染物含量数据与实际含量数据一致,偏差达到了0.00%。In order to achieve precise water pollution control,a real-time monitoring method for volatile organic pollutants in water is proposed based on gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.According to the actual situation of the research water body,scientific sampling points are set up to obtain water samples.A new SPE column is selected as the solid-phase extraction column,and a water sample pretreatment program is developed to determine the detection limit and quantification limit.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is used to obtain the chromatograms and mass spectra of water samples,monitor the types and contents of volatile organic pollutants,and achieve real-time monitoring of volatile organic pollutants in the water body.The experimental data shows that under different sampling time backgrounds,the volatile organic pollutant content data monitored by the proposed method is consistent with the actual content data with a deviation of 0.00%.
