摘　　要：三叉神经痛是一种发生于头面部三叉神经分布区域内,症状表现为骤发、骤停、闪电样、刀割样、烧灼样、顽固性、难以忍受的剧烈疼痛的疾病。其发病机制尚不明确,可能与神经病变、免疫炎症机制及离子通道相关。目前,治疗三叉神经痛仍以药物治疗为主,药物治疗无效时可考虑电生理治疗或手术治疗,包括射频热凝术、微血管减压术以及球囊压迫术等。文章综述了三叉神经痛的分类及临床诊疗的研究进展,以期为其临床尽早确诊及治疗提供新的理论基础。Trigeminal neuralgia is a kind of severe pain that occurs in the distribution area of trigeminal nerve in the head and face,including sudden onset,sudden stop,lightning,knife cutting,burning,intractable and unbearable.Its pathogenesis is not clear.It is often considered that it may be related to neuropathy,immune inflammatory mechanism and ion channel,and its treatment methods are also diverse.At present,it is still dominated by drug treatment.When drug treatment is ineffective,electrophysiological therapy and surgical treatment can be considered,including radiofrequency thermocoagulation,microvascular decompression and balloon compression.This paper summarizes the classification and clinical diagnosis and treatment of trigeminal neuralgia,in order to provide the latest theoretical basis for the early clinical diagnosis and treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
