摘　　要：随着经济发展和技术进步,医疗美容的需求大幅增加,医用生物材料大量应用,其有效性和安全性的评价有必要进一步提高。目前,国内所采用的是理化性质及生物学评价,然而临床上的有效性是一个多方面的评价,无统一标准,大多主要采用客观指标量化分析,主观感受属于次要标准。本文对目前主要的面部填充物及其理化性能评价方法进行综述。With economic development and technological progress,the demand for medical aesthetics has increased significantly,and medical biomaterials are widely used.It is necessary to further improve the evaluation of their effectiveness and safety.At present,the evaluation of its physicochemical properties and biology is adopted in China.However,the clinical effectiveness is a multi-faceted evaluation without unified criteria.Most of the evaluation mainly adopts objective indicators for quantitative analysis,while subjective feelings are secondary criteria.In this paper,the main facial fillers and the evaluation methods of their physicochemical properties were reviewed.
